Multi-standard, permanently fire resistant fabric certified according to American standards

Marko® ASTM is a multi-standard fabric with permanent flame resistance that meets the most demanding international certifications. Developed according to American standards, it has been designed to provide protection against electric arc, flash fire, electrostatic hazards, and small acid splashes.

It complies with and exceeds the main U.S. standards for flame-resistant protective fabrics, including NFPA 2112 (flame-resistant garments for protection against flash fire) and NFPA 70E (protection against electric arc hazards). In addition, it surpasses international IEC and ISO standards for flame and heat resistance, including EN ISO 11612, antistatic protection EN 1149, protection against small chemical splashes EN 13034, and high visibility EN ISO 20471.

Marko® ASTM has been tested for both domestic laundering (EN ISO 6330) and industrial washing (EN ISO 15797), maintaining its protective properties after multiple wash cycles. Its high mechanical strength ensures excellent durability without compromising the comfort and distinctive hand feel characteristic of the Marko® range.

Furthermore, the fabric can be laminated to produce garments with enhanced outdoor performance, achieving EN 343 certification for protection against rain.

Finally, it offers excellent color fastness to light, rubbing, and perspiration, ensuring a long service life even under demanding working conditions.
