Plusmark® is a comfortable, fire-resistant fabric that meets multiple standards. It is intrinsically fire-resistant and offers excellent protection levels in accordance with European standard EN ISO 11612. Plusmark® stands out for its high level of comfort and resistance to traction, tearing, and wear caused by industrial washing.
Plusmark fabric yarns use Corespun technology, based on a high-strength polyamide core (central filaments) covered with modacrylic and cotton textile fibers (covering fibers). This highly resistant structure prevents moisture from penetrating the core of the yarn and promotes quick drying, which helps sweat evaporate and promotes breathability.
Plusmark, a comfortable and fire-resistant fabric, is available in both a lightweight version for shirts and a heavyweight version for jackets, pants, and coveralls. It is composed of a blend of cotton (38% untreated cotton), modacrylic, antistatic fibers, and other synthetic fibers to provide additional strength. This combination gives the fabric a longer lifespan than most current multi-standard flame-retardant fabrics, without losing its properties during washing cycles (both in domestic washing (EN 6330) and industrial laundries (EN ISO 15797).
